Throttle - утилита предназначена для настройки параметров ваших модемов на максимальное быстродействие, что в результате может привести к более, чем 200-процентному увеличению скорости работы. Вы просто выбираете свою OS, тип соединения (14.4/28.8/33.6/56k, кабельный модем, DSL/ADSL модем, ISDN, Satellite, T1/T3/OC3/OC12+, локальная сеть) и нажимаете кнопку Go. Остальное программа сделает сама! - Fixed problem with uninstaller which was unsigned causing problems with the uninstaller not working properly. Also fixed the urls on the TrialPay uninstall screen to correctly load the store page.
